I gave the wrong address, can I get a refund?
Sadly, if you provided an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout, we won't take responsibility for shipping costs. A new product CAN be shipped after reshipping costs have been paid for.
False claims of missing packages WOULD NOT be honored. Meaning if USPS confirms delivery of your package but claims of not receiving the package are received, Sadly, I won't give a refund.

My item was stolen, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, I am not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Once orders have left my possession the package is in the care of the postal handler.
Customer is required to submit a claim directly with the courier and follow their guidelines. USPS recommends waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.

Can I return my item if I change my mind?
Sadly, due to health and safety reasons, (COVID) I do not accept returns at this time.
Is there a restocking fee when I return a Free-Shipping Order?
The restocking fee applies when making a return with a purchase that had free shipping. You can be charged up to a 20% fee when returning free-shipping packages.
Where is my order?
All orders are placed in a queue and dealt with on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you need an item quickly, please make this known to us when placing your order. We might be able to get your item made and shipped to you without interfering with our current order process.
Sadly at this time, we are unable to offer wholesale.
